Vesta x Jigs
Vesta was the Roman Goddess of the home and hearth, and also the name of Pete & Paul's Mum.
With chef Jigs Liwanag at the helm, we celebrate incredible produce from all corners of Victoria - seasonal seafood from the cool waters of Bass Strait and warmer inland rivers, lakes and aquafarms; artisan vegetables and fresh produce from the red dirt of the south west to the food bowl of Sunraysia, and the rich earth around the central Goldfields region; meat grown by small local farmers committed to quality, and grains, legumes and pulses from every corner.
Artfully presented and simply prepared, our degustation only menu shines a light on the commitment and craftsmanship of our producers, growers and farmers. Paired with a beverage match to amplify the experience of each course, Vesta x Jigs is a celebration of all that is Victorian
