Picked, Pickled and Plated will showcase the tiny producers of the Central Highlands Growers & Producers Hub, a well as the larger makers who we know and love.
Our 6 course degustation menu will share the love we have for local produce, and how we preserve some of it to use all year round. You can choose paired with wines from the six shires that cover the region.
